Keto Stuffed Peppers

Start by slicing up your onion and chilli’s. Cut the tops off your sweet peppers then remove the insides. In a small bowl add paprika, cuman, cinnamon, oregano, black pepper and sea salt seasoning, then mix very well.
In a large frying pan on a medium fire , sauté your onions for approximately 3 minutes then add your chilli’s. After 2 minutes add your beef mince and seasoning, stir together, and cook until the beef has browned. fill the pepper shells with the beef mince, then top with cheddar cheese. Cook in the oven at 190c for 30 minutes.

500g of beef mince
6 sweet peppers
6 tbsp of cheddar cheese
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
