Keto Spinach, Bacon and Cheddar omelette



 Start by cracking open 3 medium or large eggs into a mixing bowl or measuring jug. Add one cup of almond milk, then whisk together. Then put it to the side. On medium heat fry 3 pieces of bacon for approximately 5 minutes. Then remove the bacon from the frying pan. Add the spinach to the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes and then add the eggs to the mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and the bacon. Cover the frying pan with a lid and let simmer until the mixture is firm. Flip omelette and allow to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
