Keto Salmon & Creamy Sauce

Start by slicing your salmon up into four equal fillets (you can skip this step if your salmon has been pre cut). Lightly marinate the salmon with salt and black pepper. Add oil to a large frying pan and turn on to a medium heat. Add the salmon fillets to the frying pan, skin side up.
Fry for 5-10 minutes until the salmon is lightly browned.
Flip the salmon over to the other side (skin side down) and cook until the skin is crispy. 
Remove the frying pan from the fire.
For the cream sauce  
In a small or medium sized pot, add double cream, garlic granules , parsley and lemon juice. Put on a medium heat and let simmer for a few minutes.  Serve the salmon with cream sauce.

4 Salmon fillets
1 Tsp Sea salt   
1 Tsp Black Pepper 
1 Cup Double cream
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Garlic Granules 
2 Tbsp Parsley
