Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add Mozzarella cheese,place in the microwave for 1 minute until completely melted. Add almond flour, cream cheese and one egg to the bowl and mix very well. Shape dough into a 1.5cm-thick oval on baking tray.fold the edges over to form the pizza crust. Place in the oven 10-15 minutes, then remove base. Brush sugar free pizza sauce on top of the base, then add mozzarella cheese and a topping of your choice. Bake until golden, 10-15 minutes.

  • 2 Cups of Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp of Cream cheese
  • 1  Medium or Large Egg
  • 2 table spoons of sugar free Pizza sauce
  • 1 Cup of Mozzarella cheese for base
