Keto Microwave Cookie

Add the butter to a microwavable bowl, then heat in the microwave until melted. Then add artificial sweeteners, baking powder, vanilla extract, almond flour, double cream, sugar free chocolate chips, to the bowl. Mix together very well with a spoon. Then kneed the mixture together with your hands to form a dough. Form a cookie shape and then place it on a baking paper before placing it in the microwave. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, checking every 20 seconds until the cookie is cooked all the way through. Allow cookie to cool for 15 minutes before serving.

1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/3 of a cup of sweeteners
1 drop of vanilla extract
1/2 a cup of almond flour
1 tablespoon of double cream
1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate chips
