Keto Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwich
In a medium bowl mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, eggs, double cream and butter. Grease a baking dish or a microwavable container. Transfer the ingredients from the bowl to the baking dish. Microwave on high (approximately 900 watts) for 2 minutes.Check if the bread is done in the middle - if not, microwave for another 15-30 seconds. Allow the bread to cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice in half. In a medium or Large frying pan on a medium fire add butter and allow to melt. Then add one of the bread slices to the frying pan. add ham and cheese to the bread slice then add the sandwich. fry the sandwich for 5 minutes in both sides until golden brown.
