Keto Egg Muffin

In a measuring jug, add the eggs, almond milk, cheddar cheese and ham. Mix together very well, then tranfer the mixture into a ramekin.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180c.


 2 medium or large eggs

100ml of almond milk

2  tablespoons of cheddar cheese
2 pieces of broken ham
