Keto Crepes  

Add the eggs and almond milk to a bowl and give the bowl a light mix. Next, add the sweeteners, and vanilla extract. Then gradually mix in the psyllium husk while whisking the mixture in the bowl. Mix together very well. Add oil to a large or medium sized frying pan and place on a medium heat. Spread the mixture around the frying pan, so that it is evenly distributed. After 5 minutes flip the mixture over to cook on the opposite side. After 5 minutes your crepes are ready to serve.


2 eggs

3 teaspoons of psyllium husk 

1/2 cup almond milk 

1 tablespoon of sweetener

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
