Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies 



Add the almond flour, coconut and baking powder to a large bowl, then lightly mix. Then add the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, sweeteners and sugar free chocolate chips. Mix together very well. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Then use a desert spoon or ice cream scope to add small portions of the mixture to the tray. These will form the cookies. Bake in the oven at 180c for 15 minutes until golden brown. 


  • 2 cups of Almond flour
  • 3/4 cup of Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 5 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 a cup sugar free chocolate chips
