In a microwaveable puddingcup or coffee mug add butter, then heat it in the microwave (at 750 watts) for approximately 1 minute until melted. Then add baking powder, coconut flour, almond flour, sweetener, coco powder, vanilla extract and egg. Mix together until the ingredients combine. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute (750 watts). Best served topped with whip cream.
