Keto Cheesy Fries

Add almond flour, parmesan cheese, xanthan gum and bowling water to a bowl.  Then mix together to all ingredients combine.Using your hands kneed the dough until you are able to form a ball.Roll out the dough till it reaches 1/4 cm thickness. Then place in the freezer for 30 minutes.In a frying pan, add in a generous amount of oil (enough to cover the fries). Maintain medium to low heat. Gently place the dough strips in the pan and fry them till they are golden brown on all sides. Transfer the fries to a plate lined with kitchen towels (to remove access oil).

1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of xanthan gum
1/2 cup of boiling water
