Keto Breakfast Muffins

Add  the almond flour  and eggs into a bowl and mix together. Then, break the ham into small pieces using your hand, and add  it to the mixture. Add  the cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, coconut amino’s and almond milk. Mix together well. Grease a bun tin and then add small  equal portions of the mixture to each tin. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 185c until golden brown. Your breakfast    muffins are then ready to serve.  


1/2 Cup of Almond Flour
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Almond Milk
2 slices of Ham
1/2 Cup of Cheese
1 Teaspoon of Parsley
1 Teaspoon of Garlic powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Drop of Coconut Aminos
