Directions
In two medium or large bowls separate 6 egg white and egg yolks.Whisk your egg whites until it Fluffy Add 3 tea spoons of baking powder to your the egg yolks Add 4 table spoons of melted butter Add 3 cups of almond flour then mix very well. Add you egg whites and mix very wellPlace the mixture into a baking tin Then place in the oven at 180 degree c for 25 minutes.Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
