Keto Avocado Crisps

In a medium sized bowl, mash your avocado. Add the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic granules, mixed herbs and black pepper. Mix together very well. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Then add small scoops of the mixture to the baking tray, this is to make the crisps. Use a spoon to flatten the crisps. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 160c. Once you have removed them from the oven, allow them to cool for 15 minutes. Add a topping of salt to taste.


1 medium ripe avocado
85g Parmesan
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules 
1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs 

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
