Keto Crackers



    Start with a microwaveable bowl and then add 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Then add 2 table spoons of cream cheese, then add 1 egg and then 2 cups of almond flour. Then mix very well. Then roll the the dough out between two sheets of none stick paper until completely flat. Then take a pizza cutter and cut out your cracker shapes. Then use a folk and poke holes in the crackers. Place in the oven at 170 degrees C for 20 minutes until completely golden. Once taken out of the oven allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then break apart.

    2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

     2 cups of almond flour

    2 Table spoons of Cream cheese

    1 large egg

    2 Table spoons of Cream cheese
