Chilli and Tortillas



Start by slicing up a onion, celery and chilli l. Add the onion to a frying pan and fry on medium heat with oil. Saute the onions for approximately 3 minutes, then add the celery and chilli to the frying pan. Add the ground beef and Tex-mex seasoning, stir together, and cook until the beef has browned. Then add one can of drained chopped tomatoes to the frying pan. Cook for at least 15 minutes on a low to medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tex-mex seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the Tex-mex seasoning.


In medium or large bowl add six eggs and psyllium husk. Then mix together very well. In a medium or large frying pan add oil and fry the tortillas over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side. Once golden, place on a plate for cooking. You should be able to make at least 5 tortillas wraps.



500g beef mince

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Low-carb tortilla

2 tsp ground psyllium husk powder

6 eggs
